How much power?
How much power is reasonable on this setup at the shaft? I have a 88 vert. I am in the process of a S4 TII swap w/ all the turbo drivetran and the LSD rear. The motor is a rebuilt unit. NGK X plugs and new wires, apex safc (**** style) tuned consevitably, Blitz boost controler, turbo back exhaust, Blitz intake filter and intake pipe, Side mount DSM intercooler with piping (to keep the n/a hood), and a Turbo XS bov(doesn't make power, but I wanted to list it).
Also, will a new stock clutch do, or do I need to bite the bulit and put in an aftermarket unit? What kind of gas milage can I expect if I stay out of boost? Is my goal of 250-275 crank hp (shaft) unreasonable?
