This is kind of a carry over from the single turbo forum but i want to know the highest HP on pump gas without NOS, and how much boost and what tubo set up you are running. Im taking my car to rotery perfomance soon, and i want your opinions, trying to decide what to run. Im thinking low boost for in town 17# and high boost on race gas 25#. 15# just isnt doing it for me anymore.

 

410 +/- rwhp on 14psi and 98 octane pump gas.

 

You should ask that to crispeed me and him love the pump gas as long as we dont pass over 22 psi of boost with a nice big single turbo,mph wise at the track i remeber i took crispeed's old white turbo II on pump gas on bfgs dragradials and yust took off easy out of the hole like i was on a red traffic light and cruise it down the track and it made a 11.60 130mph 102 on the 1/8 2.4 60ft@22psi on amoco 93 octane..then went down again and made a 1.70 60ft but broke the inside axle..By the way that was on a holey 750 ,no haltech,no electronic fuel maneg,yust plain holey ,after that cris went 27 psi and nos and it made 620rwhp but of course that was on race gas..

Its funny that you brought up the question. On my FD, which is set up similar to yours I made 406 RWHP and 338RWTQ on 93 octane. Of course I was running 19 PSI and on a Stock motor, in which I will Race port soon. ARI told me (Im not sure) the most you can make on pump gas is between 450 to 500 RWHP, and thats pushing it to the max. It has to do a lot with tuning and all kinds of different aspects. (Like weather and right fuel)Everything has to be precise!! By the way thats with single turbo, ported motor, and no NOS running probably 24 all the way up to 28 to 30 psi!! Correct any of this if its somewhat inaccurate
