Judge, another 2 questions, why do you chose a bridgeport over a peripheral port, and how "big" a bridge are you running - are you into the water jackets or if not that big have you cut into the rotor housing seals.... I am just trying to get a feel for how big it is.

I too reckon that the quad throttle body (guru motorsports) would be very intersting to see run with a lot of nitrous!

R100. To most American Rotary engine enthusiast the R100 is the cream of the crop...but the Rx3 coming in 1st,2nd and 3rd in a series of IMSA races, made a rotary performance statement that set them apart from the other Rx's. And Mazda had that Rx3 SP edition that really made a performance statement...

Hey Buzz, I choose a BP over a P-Port for personal reasons. I just like the fact that I bridgeported that engine and made my Own Power. I Have never had interest in a P-Port, even though it's no secret a well tuned P-Port could make more Power. As far as my port timing, I don't cut into the rotor housing seals. I maximize the port runners and my intake closing is far as I could go. JB Weld is my best friend

Hey Judge,
You forgot to tell them that a hypo Rx 3 does much better wheelstands and is alot more fun. The only reason I went FD was for wheelbase and for aerodynamics. Preference and personal taste still puts my Rx3 infront of the now departed FD. Only one thing better than a Nitrous Bridge port, and that is a Nitrous Bridge port turbo. Mmmmmm!!!! Sounds good.

Hey Anthony!
I thought you guys from down under didn't believe in a "Nitrous Bridge port turbo!"
You been hanging out with Carlos (Siguel) a little too much lately!

Crispeed,
Haven't tried it yet and cannot say whether Siguel uses P/P, Bridge port or a very richly tuned side port. Looking very closely into B/port now but are no where near adding the magic Blue bottle to this combo. As most of our development is done as R&D for road cars I am yet to be convinced which way we will end up. With the power levels people achieve today, there are many other issues to be perfected for reliability. Bet you didnt know that Carlos is my middle name! Maybe that is the reason for that mental instability issue when it comes to Rotors!
