How to adapt 1600 cc injectors to stock fuel rails
BDC has 1600 cc injectors on his stock T-II fuel rails. After I saw his I decided to do mine as well and they worked out great. Obviously we both are not using the factory computers anymore. This was over a year ago now but I just found this website that shows the exact same way we did it. It just saves me the trouble of writing up my own thread so here's the link. Don't pay $120 for someone to mod the fuel rail when you only need a few minutes of time.http://home.mn.rr.com/linnihan/1600c..._injectors.htm

I bought mine from SRX7.com a couple of years ago but there are cheaper places if you look hard enough. A 1600 cc injector is more or less a 160 lb. injector. The rating system is almost exactly a factor of ten which makes it pretty easy. I think it is something like 10.1 or so in rato though but you get the idea.

Or you can chuck up a 9/16 drill bit and modify the rail, thats what I ended up doing, pretty easy, you just have to get the depth right so that the o-ring still has some downwards compression on it..
I just bought some more 1600's.. I Paid 94 canadian, which is like 63.00 US..Max
