Highest rwhp with 3mm

Highest rwhp with 3mm
I am interested in seeing or hearing dyno rwhp #s from guys who are running 3mm seals and 15 psi on stcok twins with ported engines.
the highest I have seen with 3mm is 367rwhp at 15psi. and ported engine. I keep hearing that 3mm will decrease hp. Now, the highest 2mm is up about 390rwhp. So is it just coincidence and someone here is actually making 375rwhp on 3mm and 15psi with ported engine, or do they really make less power?
