Help w/ J-port!!!!
Can anyone please help explain how the water seals are place if there is a groove cut out of the rotor housings to match the bridge port? I wanna build a J-port 4 port 13b using gsl-se housings and 12a plates. Just cant figure out the water seal issue. Thanks guys!

Finally found the pics. The water jacket gets filled with Devcon in the area surrounding the port. This is the coolest part of the engine so cooling is not compromised. Next you will drill and tap the o-ring groove for a set screw in either the iron or rotor housing depending on which model engine you are working with. Drill the holes where the o-ring groove meets the port. A 10-24 screw works well. The set screw on the top and bottom of the port, sitting in the o-ring groove, keeps the water seal from being pushed out into the port. Make sure the set screw is tightened slightly under flush with the iron/rotor housing so as not to create a problem with assembly. Next a liberal amount of silicone is used at the top and bottom of the port to seal between the port and the water seals.
