This is fine.
The 200ohms setting is a max range setting, so as long as you're trying to measure something under 200ohms, you're fine.
In this case, it's all good.
If you tried to measure something outside of the max range, it should go "OL" or out-of-range.


What effect will the 5 ohm injectors have on the system?
It's actually an easier load on the ECU.
Higher the resistance, lower the current draw - V=IR
