Hehe ... fitting shopping spree

Anyone know if using steel hose ends on alum fittings is ok, or the other way around? I ask this because I have acess to hella fittings but there all steel (i'm in the hydraulics field, no alum fittings here ). I had a guy TIG weld some alum aeroquip AN fittings on my oil cooler and front cover and plan on using fittings from work to plumb the rest of it that are all steel. Hope this won't be a problem.

Not to bad actually, only $130 total for all those fittings. And a couple more that they didn't have in stock but had to order.
Any fitting with a bend in it costs much more, but all mine are straight. You can bend fuel line easy enough.
The new motor's a bridgeport, being built right now. Hopefully 2-3 weeks I'll have it
