Hats off to A-Spec Tuning

Those that have read the umpteen pages in my CLR Motorsports engine thread noticed the latest chapter ended with a damaged oil pan courtesy of one gravel truck dumping it's load of boulders in the road. I didn't have a choice and had to run over a few chunks which split the front bumper and put a grapefruit size hole in my Xcessive pan.

After calling Xcessive and finding out the pans were two weeks out, I contacted Sean. Sure enough, they had something for me. What he didn't mention was that it would be coming off his own personal engine! Now that's customer service. The whole team there has come through in countless pinches I've had over the past few years, from sourcing a GT4088 compressor wheel, to the pan, to lots of misc. parts for turbo kits and what not.

Without shops like A-Spec and CLR (amongst others), there'd be no rotary performance and I'd have a Flintstones mobile. Thanks again Sean!

I think I'm blushing. While I try to provide good support for everyone some people fall through the cracks at times. To those people I can only apologize and hope for the best. All in all I just want people to be happy with their RX7. While I can't make everyone happy, I'm glad you wound up being one of them.

Thanks,Sean

Yeah, I kinda get the same feeling with A-Spec tuning In Chicago as well. With my on going sells of FD Alternators that cater predominantly to the FC crowd I try emulating A-Spec's time proven practice, or Is It the other way around?
