GTU ECU issues or what?
Ok so last night i raced a civic THREE times. Every time he got like a car almost two ahead of me.
My car has the following mods:
Full Racing Beat Stainless Exhaust (Header,Pre-Silencer,Y-Pipe,And Racing Beat Mufflers)
Turbo II Transmission
430 Differential
Rebuilt Bridge Ported Engine With 3MM Apex Seals
Judging by the Mods that should not happen against a ls vtec. i know that the only thing the civic has because is my brother in law's car.
Something i noticed is that when i get to 6000 rpm the engine gets stuck there, it only happens in high gears 3, 4 and 5. sometimes in 2 but rarely. And it doesnt go past 120 mph in 4th gear. so my conclusion to this problem is that the computer is bad or the msd box is going bad. i just need some opinions before deciding what to do or where to look. The MSD box i have doesnt have a chip. is a 6A.
