Extra Rotors? Can I?

I was looking at my 12a today, and it looks like it's just two housings put together, so I was wondering...

Can I put another housing on?

Has anyone done this?
This might be a stupid question but I want to know.

thanks

You would have to lengthen the eccentric shaft and add the lope and stationary gear. I think somebody supplies eccentric shafts.... but more likely for a 13b than a 12a.

Didn't you just ask this question a few threads earlier? What? You don't like the answers you were given?

Your answer is still No. Think of it like trying to put another pair of cylinders on a V8 to make a V10. You would need a new crank shaft (in the case of the rotary engine an eccentric shaft). If you would like to buy a new eccentric shaft there are places that build them but I hope you have a budget that exceedes $50K to get the final engine up and running.
