Ok I was at the track, it was my first time. Well anyway my best time is 13.39 at 104mph. I'm hoping to run around 12s and was hoping if you can help me chose between a nos kit or a new clutch. Which would you think will give me a good chance at 12's.

i think you should get a catback at least. That should help. After that you should definately be in the 12's

 

thats pretty good for your first time , put a perf. clutch and some drag radials and you should see some 12's.

you don't need nos to see 12's. your reaction time does not effect your et. it's your 60 ft time that matters

 

Get a catback system, Centerforce clutch and a 75 shot.. Throw on the slicks and run some mid 11's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!

My 60ft is 2.14, I scratch all of 1st gear but 2nd I toke off very quick. I'm thinking about nos, would it hurt my car if I use nos once in a while?

 

Thats a pretty good 60' time. What rpm are you shifting at? I'd go with a clutch, especially if you need one soon anyways.

Add a catback, retune your PFC for higher boost and you'll see low 12s all day long.

 

Have you had the car tunned. Do you know that the car performs? A mod list don't tell me anything about the carand how it performs. Your 60ft could use some work IMO. If your car is running well you should be in the 12.4 -13.0 ballpark

 

And I didn't even see catback listed? Can you say clogged ?? WTF get on the ball man.

 

my boost is 15-8-13 and yes I got a catback. There is no dyno anywhere around here so you can see I can't tunned it. I used the power fc map on the forum but I don't know how to work my boost? Also Rodeo Jones I'm kinda new here but attitude sucks and surely don't need your advice.
