cosmo-T70-E6X & porting.. oh my ???

I'm using cosmo end plates with TII rotors and 'good' low kms housings using the RB exhaust race port.

Having just bought the E6X to go with my T70 ( .84 trbine) I've got a few questions that may be simple to answer, looking for good guidelines for balancing out the porting of the cosmo to keep as much low end in it and yet let it breath at the top end, I've got some ideas but never having worked with the Cosmo before I don't know what to expect.. With the E6X, would it be better to go with a REW style of setup for timing and sensors or stick with the CAS and other sensors from the Cosmo.. I've wondered a few times about switiching to the REW sensor/timing package but haven't really gotten into it. next ANYONE have a map for a similar setup on thier 6K or 6X ?? thier ios no one within 100 miles of me that works with haltech and even then the guy blows up $50K built rew's ( running 11's in the 1/4 )after one or two runs max.

any tips would be welcome , thanks

The turbine housing is too small in my opinion.

To use the FD trigger wheel, you have to use the FD front cover. The CAS works just fine.

Where are you located?

I was figuring that .84 might be on the limit for use with the cosmo CFM but at the time my only other option was a 1.15 which is far too big for a daily driver.

So I'm not loosing out an any resolution or setup ability by using the CAS?

I'm located North Of Toronto Ontario.

I don't think the RB templates would even cover the Cosmo secondary intake ports.

If you're looking for low end power, minimize the overlap.
I don't usually port any overlap into the engines, and all of my customer cars run very strong low end power, especially in the vacuum ranges.

Ignition trigger systems don't usually make that much of a difference, as the Haltech E6X will happpily accept either one.
