My first attempt to TB porting... pics inside

well, i got board and decided to attempt to port a extra tb i had, over all the tb port looks good to me(expert porters lemme know what u think) the only thing that went wrong is a few places i went thru the alum, nothing some JB weld cant fix hahaha, but tell me honestly what u think, this is still pretty ruff because i had so sanding drums to really smooth it out, and i think there are a few places that need more porting.. also if somone has a pic of a unported one that would be great!!!

thanx

Dustin

I'd be worried about losing the TB to IC elbow 'O'-ring.

Good thing it was an extra one. You don't port the outer part of the tb like that, there is no need to. At least you got to practice on one.

A couple people have seemed to think the above TB I posted is my work, sorry I didn't clarify but that, and the ones in the link, are done by BDC.
