The Choices of Ports

I am rather new to rotary engines and I keep hearing about a bunch of different kinds of ports that can be done to them (street port, bridge ports, ect). I was just wondering how many different kinds of ports there are and what the advantages and disadvantages are to each.

btw, on that page, there listed bassAackwards. Start from the bottom up (oldest date first, flow bench testing, then stock ports, then mild etc etc )
