Ceramic Coating: Need help deciding

Ceramic Coating: Need help deciding
I plan on sending many of my parts to DFW RX-7 Cook to get coated. At first I was just going to send the Turbo many fould, twin hot sides, and the DP. But then I got thinking I should maybe send the him some of the intake air piping like the Manifolds, efini pipes, compressor housings, etc.
I know I am going to send the exhaust side without question, but do you think its worth coating the intake side? Or put the money elsewhere? If you have or know anyone that has had the intake side components coated how do you feel about it, and any feedback?

Given the airflow rate and extremely poor thermal transfer of straight-wall tubing, a thermal barrier is not worth the money or trouble unless the car is raced professionally. George Spears' estimates for a thermal barrier are in the 4-5 deg F range, which is generally considered insignificant. However, by all means add a thermal barrier if you feel it is worth it. Afterall, it's YOUR car.
