I was wondering what is an acceptable RPM range for a Bridge port motor to idle at, how many Inches of vacum should i expect to pull at idle?

Primaries and secondaries are bridge ported on a full and only the secondaires on a half.

i have a full BP with very LARGE ports, it idles at 2200rpm and pulls around 10-12Hg-in. i've seen some N/A BP's at the track and they idle in the 3000+ range!

I normally set the HBP's I do to 1200-1300rpm... and about 10-12" vacuum after the fact.

1200-1300 is livable. But 2200 would drive me nuts

Helped a customer install a 13B N/A full bridge that idled around 1300rpm. We didn't cut into the rotor housings so the bridge port is not as large as it could be. This engine has one new rotor housing and a used one the looked new. Makes great compression.
