you don't always have to fill the water jacket with cement completely some people just fill it partially so they can still run coolant.

Yea, some engines in your street cars actually run a little better with the bottom 1/2" or 1" of the passages filled since there isn't much heat being generated there and it focuses more coolant towards the cylinder head.

Can anybody think of an area in a rotary that may benefit from filling in this matter? I have some zinc alloy stuff here used for filling in large cavities in cast iron, I was thinking about filling in my EGR passageway in the iron, it's a big open cavity so I don't see why it wouldn't hurt to fill it in....?

Ya, we are going to have Speed Machine build the motor. We will be doing all the fab work, turbo kit, BW 76mm T6, Twin Tial 44's, Tial BOV, 5" exhaust, 4" IC pipes, 4.5" IC core, 12PT cage, Drag Wing, Parachute, rear end cradle/brace, etc.

We already have the 93 FD RX7
13b motor and trans

Here is a couple items we are doing this week

Liberty Dog Box
300mm axles
race ported 13b
BW 76mm T6 Turbo 1250hp
Haltech

Still looking for a ignition solution and a few other things I need to research.

Sure do, the one I know here has it half filled. It's nothing new.

Kinda what I run on my street car. 42R, 44mm Tial gate and BOV, 5" exhaust, 4.5" VMIC, cage etc. I would say look at a nice twin capacitor ignition something like M&W.

I know a lot of people that have done what you are doin and can get you set up with the right people if you want reliable and high horse power but dont expect it to last more than a season with more than 700 hp.
