Blocked Cat/Power loss

Would a Blocked cat cause dramatic power loss?

I have been told over 30hp can be lossed! I did have a high flow cat!

Fault caused: No second turbo boost!

Regards...

Stick a couple of bananas in your exhaust and see much power is lost. Reports show up to 100% in a performance loss with bananas shoved up you tailpipes. j/k That's a bit of an exaggeration but I hope you get the main point. Clogged cats are bad, mmmkay?
