Depends heavily on mods and suspension setup. If you launch with alot of torque built up, and the suspension is setup well, you could definately see 1.7 60'.
Nitto 555Rs are not the best "all-out" drag radial. They make for good all around performance, and will launch better than a street tire. You've got a T51 am I correct? You are going to want to launch the car on boost in order to get a decent 60'
Otherwise, I would prefer Geforce T/A, or ET Streets

Yah,I have the T51R KAI.I bought a line lock hoping that will help me produce boost off the line but we'll see if I can get that thing to work......
I know the guys running around with the LS1's etc etc are pulling off 1.6's etc etc off 555r's but I just didnt know about what luck anyone with RX7's have had with them?

Line lock is for burnouts. Locks the front brakes so the back can spin un-hindered.
You need a secondary rev limiter (2-step). Whatever EMS you are using should have it built in.

With MSDs you just wire it off of the clutch plunger/circuit. I would assume it would be that way for any 2-step.
Once you figure out how to wire it, just take it to the track and test different RPM points to launch at, while building boost.
Edit: Come to think of it, you probably don't have to wire anything. That circuit is already part of your wiring harness. You'll just need to find the setting on the PFC for secondary rev-limiter
