Yea, its probably getting close to the edge since you running the higher boost and probably a richer a/f at the higher boost as well. Still though the stock inj are known for being able to handle 100% duty cycles, especially for just a 1/4 mile. They just run at static when over around 85% which basically means they dont "pulse", they just open up and pour lol

I did my pri the same way, just milled down the rail so they would seal. I also upgraded my 2ndaries to 1200. When I had my pri tested and flowed at RC they said they were pumping out 880 instead of 850. Sounds good to me, extra 60cc's cant hurt anything haha

Ok from what I gather I can prolly run low 12's (or atleast my car can ) with the following mods...

(current) PFS Cat Back
(current) PFS Down Pipe
(current) modified air box w/ K&N and cold air duct
(needed) 2 x 850 injectors (price?)
(needed) Walbro fuel pump ($100)
(needed) Bonez High flow cat
(needed) Traction (prolly 275's of some sort non-radials)
(needed) Apexi PFC (with Tuning)

Based on what Boostn7 has and what someone guessed I should have around 340-350 rwhp. Right? This should be good for low 12's assuming I have the skills.

sorry brentis

boostn's car is the exception around here.

in all honesty...probably the strongest car for that mod list on the forums.

in all honesty...Id bet that your car is more toward 290-300 rwhp than 350. put it on a dyno and find out...you got no intercooler..and yer choking yer system without it. even still you would have to have a miracle to get a car as strong as his.

95 percent of the cars on here..third gens...dont even come close to what he is running. good driver or not.

boostn has the best car of the bunch...and obviously some fantastic driving skills.

argh....

i know i need some parts, but once i have the ones listed as "needed" my car (w/ someone"s great driving skills) can the car do 12's?

fwiw, my car has 19k orig miles and Don Marvel @ Marvelspeed said it was one of the strongest driving fd's he's driven for a long time...

Are low 12's too much to ask? :/

Of course not, a guy a few threads down just nailed a 12 flat at 116 mph through the stock cat.
