Aussie Fd Runs 8.00

the new rotormaster FD made its first apperance over the weekend and after a few runs pulled a very impressive 8.000@169mph!!! 7s look a sure thing

ran at Heathcote, a track in Victoria, north of Melbourne.

more pics and video footage on FullBOOST . Apparently first pass for the car was an off the trailer 9.6.... later that day, or the next, pulled the 8.00 - not bad for it's debt weekend!

full size body, similar drivetrain to what was in the orange/red "rotormaster" r100 - 20b, really big turbo, but a g force trans.

very, very impressive.

Yea, 7 are a definate. It looks like that car is well put together. I hope to see some of you AUSSY guys over in the states making some good competition. You wouldnt happen to know what Model gforce tranny he is running would ya?

I heard someone mention a G 101 if that makes any sense?

GF101 is the 4 speed version of the Gforce tranny. I am considering this tranny but I was informed that the 4 speed trannys suck. I gues they are somewheat decent if the car is running 8.0 with it. I need to find out for sure. It can save me $2000

Its 100% a 5 speed. I just heard someone mention G101 in the same sentance as the car
