What are you doing for a bottom plate?

Just a big slab of aluminum?

If you have to ask, you can't afford it...

hahaha, j/k Sorry couldn't resist. On topic I've been quoted around $25-45k for a built 4-rotor depending on components used. That doesn't include tranny/wiring/installation etc...

Horray for progress!

Looking at those intake ports it looks just about impossible to get a clamp around them. Maybe it is just the angle of the pics. How will the intake manifold attach?

With m6 allenbolts We will drill and tap the flange once the intake is done. There is a o ring on the flange the goes to the intake.

This is a mockup engine yes. No eshaft in it, and only scrap plates on it.

Well some more work has been done. About 3/5 of the exhaust is done. The rear runner is almost done. Just not tacked on the flange. Well here is some more pictures.

$8000 just for the e-shaft.....

Yeah, you can keep that.

This, this is just too epic. I love the car, everything about it! I hate the wait but i'm sure it will be worth it.

$150k+ car for sure!!!!!!

Yeah it's a peterson oil tank. And it's a meziere 55gph water pump.

The manifold is almost done. Had to redo the nr 3 to be able to make nr 4. Tomorrow that will be done, and hopefully all the piping and the throtlle bodies will be in for the intake, so that can be started with tomorrow.

what header lengths are you going for? Also the reverse cone at the block for the headers, whats the theory behind that?

Will you be waiting until the real engine goes in before collecting the headers?

So the headers are almost done. Going to make the collector tomorrow, and finish the exhaust. Connecting it to the rest of the exhaust. And it's beeing sendt out for ceramic coating as soon as it's done. As everything is so close, we need to get the heat down. Going to make a heat sheild as well.

Started on the coils today. Mounting them on the side of the frame. And we got the ecu today, so that will be fitted in the car tomorrow, and hopefully we can start on the engine harness tomorrow.
