Aftermarket Powersteering Cooler

Aftermarket Powersteering Cooler

So with the installation of my front mount IC ive had to remove the powersteeling cooling loop. Need to come up with another solution and am considering putting a radiator like this one here. Id mount it on the crossbeam between the radiator and the motor.
My main question is would there be enough airflow to actually cool the fluid as its behind the radiator?
