82 Radiator Question

I ordered a new radiator from radiators dot com and got the short one so i could use my front mount oil cooler. Now this radiator has 2 lines on the bottom left (drivers) side that wasnt on my old one. What are these for?

No, those are for the auto transmission fluid, not coolant. Ever seen coolant and atf mixed together?

That is what I meant!!! Josh knows I talked to him as I was typing it.

Coolent being the ATF, as it goes through to help cool the tranny down!

Cap the nipples to keep moisture out, you don't want the new radiator corroding from the inside out.

MattG, not a problem. I just like to correct these little things so people who search in the future don't come away with any misinformation.
