The 20B-REW + 13B-REW engines from the Cosmo are not both the same.
The right side mount is the same.
The left side mount is different.
Its different as the starter motor mounting bracket suits different engines. The rubber pad that attaches to the base should be the same.

The 90-95 13B-REW & 20B-REW that appeared in the JC Cosmo was termed REW as reference to " rotary engine double" turbo. Where "W" sounds like "double" to the Japanese.
The fact that its got 13B-RE on the plenum doesn't change its official engine status from Mazda. The 20B has 3-rotor on its plenum but its still a 20B-REW engine.
The 92-02 13B-REW that appeared in the FD RX-7 series was designated the same as the configuration was the same.

Thing is, the 2 rotor in the Cosmo and the 2 rotor in the FD are not identical internally which gives credence to the RE vs. REW story, no? I can't see Mazda calling two different generation engines the same thing.
