Which 13B engine makes most power with like mods?

Would a 4 port engine be the way to go, or a 6 port engine?

The mods would have to be the same and so would the porting.

if it were stock to stock NA or turbo'd the 6port would own it... it flows as much air as a mild streetported 4port... but once you get into mods its much easier to stick with a 4port
