Come on man, you wanna know why a 160 HP AE86 beats a 350 HP STI? THE DRIVER! more power does not mean you will be faster unless you learn to handle that power, plus take the N/A off the highway and put it on some canyon roads thats where you will get the full potential out of the N/A not relying on its power but its cornering ability, or just get out of the RX game and buy your civic.

If you have low compression or a blow rotor your car is gonna be very very slow. Tried a compression test yet? something is wrong with your car , most NA Rx7s are more than a match for a civic.

it was a prelude. LOL sorry, but that made me kinda laugh. Even my old '89 N/A blew past integ's and lude's and it was stock.

I say he should sell his RX and buy a Prelude.

And stop his bitching. We all loose to cars that we're supposed to lose to and vice versa. It happens. I say you should learn to drive your car.

something that you think should be slower is always going to be faster. there are some people out there (ahem) that think the idea of making an ugly car into an ego killer is a lot more fun than driving a car that people expect to be fast

just imagine how you would feel after running my pile

i paid 600$ for the rusty dented up shelli, but i guarentee you its faster than a lot of the nice boosted 7's on here.. all the while looking like a pile of trash

so dont get down on your car just because something else is faster, because no matter what you do, something uglier is always going to be faster than you anyway.. enjoy it for what it is

that may be but doesn't mean you have to accept it. these are sports cars so generally speaking the owners tend to have a competetive nature.. when you lose you just build it bigger, badder and faster.

it really just boils down to how big your wallet is as to who has the faster car.

I am currently saving for a T2 swap. I can't have mommy and daddy buy it for me like most of you. I have to work hard for all the stuff on my car. After rent, and all bills I have $50 a month to spend towards performance. I was just hoping that what I had bought was going to at least let me beat some cars.

I have lost to many many cars. 93 Probe GT(not stock), 96 Probe GT(stock), Civic EX(stock), Accord EX(stock).......

Hopefully my experiences with a T2 motor will be better.
ur car is a pos. 1st u have no 5th n 6th ports. 2nd ur a sorry *** driver for losing to cars listed above. sell ur rx7 and buy a geo metro. cuz if u think a Civic is a sports are u dont deserve a rx7. rx7s are for people that love the rotary not because u hear its fast. i have a 89 gtu and i beat a yr 2000+ prelude dohc vtec. and my car was stock. so its maybe just ur car + it has u as a driver.

Are you kidding? A civic? I used to live in your area and if you ask around you will probably hear about the white FC that used to eat everybody alive. I know the area very well and your problem is the fact that you are driving an N/A car. A stock T2 is faster than about 80% of the "racers and "autocrossers" in Ktsap county.
