I think what youre trying to say, is that this is the last time the philly kids will see this happen (possibly on sixty first street?) Ah well, at least theres a cop that isnt a total dick out there...regardless that street racing is stupid. Loosen up, have some fun.

found the video on youtube. cant really tell if he wins or loses. but i dont think it was a real cop anyways. you know you can buy cop cars at local goverment auctions.

as for that being an auctioned police car, they take the light racks off and paint them all one flat color when they auction them, so I doubt that was an auctioned car. Could have been stolen though. That wouldn't surprise me at all.

yea you can buy decomissioned cop cars but they are turned back to stock and all badging removed.
this was probably a "out of service" police car though, the police have their cars serviced by regular service stations at times and it is likely someone other than a cop took it out for a spin at night. i have driven sherriffs and regular police cruisers around town when they were in the shop but they have signs on them that let other people know the car is not in service just like a bus after hours.

i see a lot of **** out there on the weekends but this is by far the wildest thing yet. i was in the gas station when he pulled up and didnt bother to run over to the line to see if it was a real cop or not. this area is hot with cops and to be out there driving around in one is kinda hard to believe.
