it's an 88 vert, and who said my vert is still how it came from the factory(which i'll have you know it isn't) but anyway, your pretty funny. i don't race my vert as there really is no point to it

 

the regular S281(i'm guessing you would have menitioned hearing a nice *** blower) makes only 330 hp. the SC one is closer to 430 hp

 

About 3years ago after HIN Chicago IL i was in my old 93 bmw 318i.Anyway i jumped on the expressway and all of a sudden a green civic passed me racing a camaro so i didnt realize that the civic was going really fast even for a civic. Well the camaro gets off so i try to chase the civic down i give him the ultra ricer flyby at 115+ about 5seconds later he passed me like i was stopped he got off i followed turns out he had a built motor and and a T3/T4. So to this day i will never underestimate civics again.

 

I lost to III Gen X's FD a couple of years back, just after he bought it. He was out of boost when he hit it, I was in 2nd @~40 mph in a V6 ranger. Needless to say I pulled a little on him, but it only took him a second to build boost and he was gone.

I can't find anyone to race me in my FB. Everyone around here sucks

to tell you the truth i've never gotten to a track with it. partly because i don't have leather pants. i'm nothing special off the line, i ride within my comfort level and that means not launching the thing. it's pretty much stock, i've gone up 2 teeth in the rear but other than that it's stock. i was really starting to scratch my head for a minute, i actually had to go and check that the busa was in my profile cause i never thought that many ppl would have missed it. 10 forum bucks to 10thAEWHiteHeat for being able to read

i lost to a 06 dodge dakota in my 86 civic. We started from about 50 on the highway, he took off like i was standing still. then we pulled into the gas station and his wallet got pwnt. Im guessing my power to be in the mid-high 50's

 

When I first got my car, I was constantly being harassed by an arrogant loan officer that works in my building. He had a 2006 M3 Competition Model. So finally I decided to race him. We did 3 runs and he beat me all three times by a good amount.

Shortly afterwards, I found out he had a Dinan supercharger on it. (Lucky bastard), anyway, I wanted to have a chance to race him after I did some mods to my car. But he sold the M3 and bought a brand new 996 TT.

Moral of the story: F' it, atleast my car's payed off!

-lost to a 1990 325i from a dig to 90, i was at his bumper and creeping up. Then raced him from about 40-100 while brake boosting and destroyed him
-04 auto stang, but i mishifted and almost caught up
-An 04 Evo and a 06 sti while b boosting...never thought i'd stand a chance, just wanted the experience... and to get it on tape!
Props to every FC that has beaten the evo and sti...

 

I lost to a supercharged C5 Z06 around 525 rwhp. Not really a legit. race, but about 14 psi around 350rwhp on stock seq. twins. I redline 3rd and in 4th, saw him in my rearview closing on to me....Guy pulled next to me as we exited the freeway. Asked if I was on bottle. Cool guy. He pulled a U-turn and left after our exchange of compliments.

 

Hey you cant forget about me rx7 SE, I beat you in my NA. But that was before I helped you fix your boost problems that neither of us new about at the time. I race lightly so I dont remember most of the races I've done. Although I did loose one of the 4 races I had this one night to my friends 95 civic coupe with single cam VTEC!!! ha.. with 3 3/4 in GReddy exhaust (dont know why it was so big its an NA) and a cold air induction and new plugs and wires and no cat. I lost by about 1/4 of a car then passed him after the 1/4 mile loss was mostly due to too much tire spin aka: bad launch. I only had a cone filter and removed PS, AC, AP, and no cats. Lost to that same 1990 325i also, I was at his rear bumper. Those are about the only ones I can remember maybe there were more but I cant remember.

Update, kid backed out at the last second. We had it set up on 64 no cops no cars, 70 mph limit and noting but straights. I even opted to take the extra 180lb camera man, but he said "hes not running right".
