I have an 10AE. It was a highway run, went from about 50mph. I never even had a chance. I've seen how 430whp Civics go, and this one went just like it. I didnt hear much if any wheel spin.

The car was black, stock SI wheels. The only reason why I raced him is because when he was pacing me, I coul dhear his wastegate opening and closing. I remember thinking to myself"**** this this is sooo sweet" haha.

i'm not really the type to race because i want to keep my car completely stock, but if i was, i would get destroyed on a regular basis

I live in connecticut, so there are a lot of rich white kids who's parents bought them insane cars. Someone I know has an audi s4, brand new. My high school student lot also contains jags, benzes, plenty of sports cars, beamers, et cetera

This was with my old setup too. 93 with T60 turbo. Best time 11.7 on 15PSI PUMPS GAS. Also spinning the clutch so I couldn't heat the slicks up so I spun first, second and third. I had "Mustang Eater" on the back so I raced alot of fast mustangs, owned. One time on 295 I raced a pack of street bikes. This **** was funny. These guys pulled up next to me and waved me goodbye. Guess what, I destroyed them all! Got up to about 175MPH. I can't wait till my new set up is done. I will be into the 10s and possibly 9s and daily driven! (race gas)
street bikes such as 150cc scooters?

Last year I sold my R1 with PFC (13psi+), stock engine/turbos/fuel/clutch/ect, DP, Bonez high flow cat, RB Cat-Back, CAI, and PFS SMIC...

Went from a roll to 165 2x with a new C6 and had the same result both times....the dig that that 6spd got was amazing....gained about 1+ car lengths almost immediately and held that gain all the way to 165....he couldn't pull more and I couldn't reel him in...
never got a chance to race anything faster where I lived....

The night before that I crushed a 2000 Mustang GT with a few bolt ons...

Beat an LS1 with several bolt ons the week before that...but only by about 1 car length on the interstate to about 150.... twice....

I miss that R1...it had a lot of potential when I sold it..

I lost to a Prius.........someone shoot me...The light turned red up ahead so I downshifted to 3rd, let the rpm's drop to like 1500 and downshifted to 2nd, the light turns green i give it gas, im in low rpm's and this prius comes out of no where. I give it more gas but Im not picking up much speed yet and hes 2 1/2 cars on me, I took it to redline in 2nd, and 3rd, didnt catch him till 4th. By then he let off the gas. Was pretty weird. I have a stock NA FC.

Cool .... apparently they've got the torque of some monster v8 down in the low gears so really take off hard at least in first. The rotary is pretty much dead if you get stuck in second at 1500. If you shift to first with any speed it doesn't feel good. :-)

I have lost 2 races in the 4 1/2 years I have had my car. I don't race very often. Probably 15-20 times since I got the car. The first loss was to a stock 02 Z06 Corvette. We raced from 20-120. He pulled ever so slightly the entire way, until he had a car length on me when we shut down at 120.

The second loss was to my friend David. He bought a 01 Mustang Cobra. We raced, and I won. He put in a new intake and exhaust. We raced and I won. He got the heads done. We raced and I won. He put on pulleys. We raced and I won. Finally, he put in a nitrous kit with a 125 shot. We raced, and he won. Then he sold the car .

Yeah, I would like to race that Z06 again at 14 psi, instead of 13. I would expect it to be a dead heat at 14 psi.

Yah i was reading about the torque those prius' have. The gas engine gets like 80 something but the electric engine is at like 280 or so at 0-1200 rpm. Its pretty amazing.

On my last running setup:

Only thing i lost to a 99 Dodge Viper ACR w/intake and exhaust, by about 2.5 cars from 30-110, I was at 14psi on that dinky ebay xspower turbo shifting at 7,000rpm cause the power would drop off badly after that, at least he didnt walk me redicously.

I heard it was really cool to see that run cause you couldnt even hear the viper between the 2 FDs haha.

On that setup i beat my friends s14 Sr20 w/boltons on 12psi, my bro MR2 Turbo w/boltons on 16psi, my friends sk2 turbo 60-1, and other assortment of cars. Charger R/T, E36 M3, BMW 6-series, etc.

southernrunner schooled me on his GSX-R600....

20mph roll, he was in second... I got the jump, halfway through my 2nd, he started pulling.

Top of 3rd gear, he was about 3 or 4 buses in front of me. Heh.

And he still has never gone full throttle, yet.

well slight update, i found a couple of cars that could put up at least a fight, '06 M-B CL600 (twin turbo 5.5L V-12) put up a decent fight but still went down hard. and an 06 supercharged Saleen S281 tried me, i didn't even bother going to 1st gear and made it look like he jumped on the brakes as soon as i got the revs up to 5500-6000 rpm after which point it was really sad for him. ran into a 10 second cobra and he actually gave me a damn good run, very fun and sounded SO SWEET, but i still came out ahead

If you beat all these cars in a sorry *** 87 vert, then you have the fastest vert ever made.
