Actually, i could care less about who you guys beat and who you dont beat. Why would i be pissed you beat some ragged out vette. As for the person trying to get smart about my statement of it having an LT1, you dont know what year the vette is and the fact of the matter is i very seriously doubt it was an '80. This would only conclude that he is just guessing and in fact its a '92 or newer vette which would be an lt1. Next, ill take myself back to chev forums where they dont just sit and brag about beating some1 all day they actually have video proof of it, this brings me back to actaully reading a post from one RX7 owner that seems like he knows what he is saying when he said to show proof or shutup. Proof L98 was the Vette engine for the 80's and until 91, if it WAS 92 and later it would of been a LT1 yes, but the kill teller here tells us it was an 80's Vette, rated at 245hp. The car could have a host of problems leading to its demise. I walked all over an upgraded 92 Supra once with my FC (which isn't %100 l337 atm). I later found out that car hadn't had any love to it for years other then exhaust and a few mods from prior owners. It should of beat me, but it didn't. So thats not so far fetched either. Is it?

If it was paired with a bad tempered driver, a slipping clutch, and apoor driver. The Vette could easily loose. **** I've lost to some cars in my FC I should of walked when I first started with the stick.

And FYI. I'm sure people like Hondahater here are making 300hp on their 1.3l engine. Wouldn't you think a turbo would be necessessary (SP)? I think for a 1.3l to match an ls1 is quite formidable.

what possible reason could you have for doubting it was an 80's vette. 80's vettes would be cheaper, and more likely more ratted out. fits the discription perfectly. you have no reason at all to think it's an lt1 vette other than trying to make up for your engine blunder.

Budd, honestly think for a second. Yes I did post a kill that obviously provoked controversy and I did not include a video. But, if I could afford a video camera ($400ish?), would I be driving a slow *** N/A FC? No. If I get some electronic toys its gonna be AFTER I have pooled my money into my car. That $400 I could spend on a camera would bring me $400 dollars closer to a TII swap. Also, if I did have a camera with me, how would I have taped it? Do you expect everyone that MIGHT get in a race to carry around a camera man so that when they win a controversial race they can prove it? I certainly hope not. Look, all I'm trying to say is believe what you want, but don't call me out or call me a liar. Why would I lie about a kill on the internet? To impress people I have never seen before? To make myself feel good that people believe me? What satisfaction could I possibly gain from impressing net nerds (no offence BTW)? NONE! I don't go out of my way to impress people. Nothing really, its just that its slow. Yes it can handle MOST cars (like Civics, Eclipses, etc.) but its not enough to hand people their *** that deserve it in cars that are faster than mine is right now.

Depends on what kind of racing your doing, in a straight line an NA will get killed in a tight course it won't. I have a friend whose NA womps all over his dads vette

And the reason people had a problem with what you said has nothing to do with you having a Camaro as your avatar, it has to do with your dumbass comments, basically saying it was improbable or impossible that something like that could have happened.

Well, its not much but here goes

-APC ( ) Cone filter (was on the car when I bought it)
-2.5" 1 piece header
-E-Fan
-Removed A/C
-eBay HKS knockoff mufflers
-Relatively new clutch

Its still slow as *****, but here within the next six months or so I'll have enough for a rebuild with a BP and a bolt on turbo kit from 1300cc.com so it'll be a monster soon. Also, I'm now in Florida so if anyone wants to meet up a Bradenton (that includes bastien and budd too) let me know.
