I doubt it was a 500 whp car. I think definitly under 450. It's a stalled auto, but even then I pulled him pretty hard for a 500hp F-body. He says his nitrous bottle pressure was low or something, which seems to be what every nitrous car I beat says, but oh well.

LT1 car
doesnt sound like a 500whp car... didnt really sound much like a cam either. cam Lt1's are like high 300whp range, stock heads. my buddies LT4 SS with the popular but outdated CC306 cam made 372whp. LT4 heads flow lots more than lt1's. heads/cam Lt1 might do 400's but it have to be a BIG cam. the 150shot might push towards 500whp but i think high 400s are more believable. it still sounded kinda weak tho
in any boat, thats a fast camaro if it did have 400+whp, and your car pulled him VERY hard.

sounds good... 122 trap seems to me like 450whp. that automatic depending on the stall, wont dyno alot of that power. the converter eats up some of that hp. a 500hp motor might put down 450whp in a stick car, but only 400-420 in that auto. my buddies car did 370's whp when in reality, his motor makes somewhere up over 550hp.

tranny loss sux. my moms Tl makes 200WHP, thats a 70 hp loss! i was suprised when i saw the results. Iv herd the new DSG on the new GTi transmisions barely loose power to the wheels though.
