I don't know if you consider that damn expensive, but IMO that is quite cheap compared to other kits out there.

Parts + Labor and good tune 1K +
after everything said and done, you figure at least 10K.

turbo kit is $3000 which comes with greddy emanage piggy back unit
no injectors or pumps needed for this kit as the stock unit can handle just well
with other stuffs such as oil pan , BOV, oil catch can, gauges etc,, max is $1000
install and tuning is around $1000
so 260whp could be easily achieved with only $5000
