Killed a 350Z

I wasn on my way home today from Downtown WPB. As I was rolling out of Okichobee Blvd there was this black 350Z that kept revving his engine. I raced a 350 before and somehow I lost so I was pretty hessitant to race another one. But this guy was persistant, so we came to a traffic light on the foot of the bridge in Okeechobe. I rev up to signal him that its on. In my mind Im gonna kill this 350Z since i was lighter and it wall uphill. Needless to say I left him in 2nd gear. and I wasn't even pushing the car in 1st gear. we came to another light and we did it again, we did this a few times until I got tired of beating him up and ask him to pull over. We talked for a while and pop our hoods he asked me if I had nitrous. I told him NO!. I had Power FC(untuned) Intake,DP, Cat Back, Koyo Rad, Fidansza Flywheel, and ACT strip clutch. He had intake header, dp, full exhaust, and plenum.

Uphill races are fun. They last longer

The one that beat him is probably turbo'd or supercharged IMO.

Wait you have an FD and you've lost to a 350z before? Unless its spraying over 100 shot or its on boost you have no reason to lose to Zs.

Thumbs up

must be my turbo setting before. the last time I raced one i had my turbines kicking in at 4500RPM(dont ask me why). So this time when I decided to race another Z I changed the turbo to kick in around 3000RPM. The car did a lot better.

well the power fc comes in to different settings for the boost and the first one the turbine doesn't kick in until I pass 4500 and I can distinctly hear and feel the turbine. on the other seting that i have the turbines spools up fater(dunno how) but it engages under 3200 which saves me a few seconds if im racing some one. something I just found out this month about the PFC since i haven't get the car tune yet.
