I was hauling trying to get to work this morning doing 90-100 mph trying to avoid being late and all of a sudden i see some of those blue light gaining on me mind you as i said i'm doing 90-100. its two guys looking hard at my car and the driver giving the nod to run at first i didn't want to because its a 300C (which i think is an awsome car just not for racing) but i gave the guy what he wanted and ran away from him by about a Bus! I didn't quite understand these guys wanting to race a 300C. i understand that the cars have hemi's but damn.

Anyone ran an srt8 yet? I want to see one run ive seen two so far, they look pretty cool, but you cant go wrong with 430 some odd horsepower.

a friend of mine Fatman (Javi) in his near stock FD went against a SRT-10 Ram and it was as as if Trex was running beside him. crazy how that big truck has that power.


ON a side note ive also seen a SR20 silvia get spanked by the SRT-6 Chrysler Crossfire

SRT-8's are AWD

 

definitly rear wheel drive, im a huge mopar fan there down fall is weight and an automatic transmision, they are on the same chasis as the charger
id be happy to take any of the SRT-s

The 300C is rear wheel drive and sports 390ft/lbs of torque.

 

But It Weights 4000lbs. THE 300C isnt even in the 13's as far as the qmile. & the 0-60 hasent even gone near the high 4's

besides theres more v6 300c/charger/magnum than v8's

 

All 300C's come with a 5.7L Hemi V8.

 

not true... sorry. there are 3 different engines, a 2.7l DOHC V6 running 190hp, a 3.5 SOHC V6 pushing 250 and the infamous 5.7l Hemi rockin 340hp/390lb-ft (oh and the srt-8's modified 6.0l Hemi with like 400hp)

oh and there is RWD or AWD, its your choice, though im not sure about the srt-8

The 300 (C) is v8 only the crysler 300 has the 6cylinder

 

The only SRT-8 that is AWD is the Jeep.

All others are RWD except for the Neon.
