Harley trike?

Let me set the scene, I'm driving on a 55 mph zone two lane, flat and straight, I'm passed by a harley trike. I usually don't play but I was bored and we both had to slow for a turning car, when it cleared the Harley nailed it, so I stuck to his rear, went up to about 75 and he's starts giving me the bird.

I'm thinking. " WTF I'm just playing." hel I didn't even try to pass him, just stayed with him, easily i might add.

We come up to a stop sign and he stops and tries to stare me down, hairy biker looking dude, but I've seen it all before, he didn't worry me. I just sat and laughed in his face, after about 30 seconds he rode on and I stayed on his **** until he turned off.

I figure his **** is pissed because a little jap car had the audacity to stay with him and not be intimidated by the ugly hairy biker dude.

Pissing of an Ohio biker, priceless.

I hate that **** when I am riding, not flaming, just trying to inform. LA bikers would of slowed down and removed a mirrior for ya if your not careful.

Definately. He probably wasn't trying to "play" with your car at all, and was just having his own fun, then you decided to tailgate a biker which is a HUGE no-no.

Now you guys have jumped to a huge conclusion there haven't you, where does it say I was that close I was an easy two to three car lengths back, it was a trike, not a bike, and at no time was I crowding him, just matching his speed.

By the way I'm not some dumb kid, I didn't try a do a fly-by, I didn't drive aggressively and I didn't cause any danger, at all, I drive about 50,000 miles a year if I took chances like that I'd be wrecking the car regularly, my license is too valuable.

I matched his acceleration, big freaking deal.

My uncle has a 75 Harley trike Police bike. Top speed is about 75 mph. Sounds like you were pushing him too hard and he was getting pissed.

I stuck to his rear, doesn't say how close though, you assumed man, you never asked if I tailgated him.

I never closed the gap, if he ran out of acceleration at 75 that explains why we stopped accelerating then.

I give, you guys are pussies, I'm a bad arsed dude who matched the speed of a trike at a reasonable distance, I should be shot.

Let me change my assumption to: You are an idiot.

I didn't ask if you were tailgating him because the way you typed it out "stuck to his rear" made it sound clear that you were tailing him closely. If you were three cars back, then you followed his pace, and didn't "stick" to anything. I also assume that since he flicked you off, you were driving like an *******.

Dont get all butt hurt, just be more specific with your wording. This type of stuff comes out of the mouth of 17 year olds. Obviously you are not 17 but that is the first impression I got from reading your post. Type can be easily misconstrued.

"so I stuck to his rear"
my translation: your riding his ***. I wonder why he flpped you off?

The day a 19 year old punk can bother me with assumtions is long gone junior.
