Raced brothers turboed Integra GSR
so on my way back home from work, me and my brother figured to finally give the cars a run, he has a turbo integra grs at 10 psi making like 230-or 260 i dont remeber i am making just about 380 at 18 psi, i lowered the boost to 17 because i didnt want to take a chance with the cold weather we were having.
his friend just started rec it from a seconds gear roll,
he didnt rec the first 2 runs from 3rd gear.. first was stock boost... second was 17-18
the third was on the video and was a second gear, my tires were spinning and i was breaking up in the 6.5k-7k.. video will be up in like 5 mins

He says to everyone he WILL have 500. He still got a lot to go for that but he has a couple parts to get installed so he may catch up or beat me.... Then eventually Ill go single and make close to 500 with a race port and water injection... Which reminds me, Simon when are you porting your car.

Well, OP said that he turn down the boost because the temp been colder (so, he said it would be safer).

My guess is he turned down the boost because cold air is denser than warm air. A car tuned in the warm weather will run lean in the cold air no? Since the colder denser air needs more fuel to reach a stoich condition? So unless he is tuned rich, the boost settting he has tuned for will run lean which is why he turned down the boost for reliability. But i am definitely not sure about this so someone can correct me if i am wrong
