Potential race: my fd vs m3

This kid i know has a newer body style m3 completelly stock. My mods include downpipe, catback, intakes, 8lb flyweel, and an rx7store tuned pfc. This kid talks alot of crap

and i want to beat him, what are my chances?

I'd say with those mods your power should be somewhat similar to his stock, as long as you have it tuned properly. Weight should be your advantage, i'd say it will come down to the driver. Good luck!

LOL...isn't that the truth. I believe you have a very HIGH chance of winning, especially if it's a highway race. My cousin has a BONE STOCK 1991 Nissan 300ZX TT and he has beaten atleast one M3 (though I believe he has beaten several). The guy thought he was modded...lol.

If ur tuned correctly and you can drive its your race to lose. That BMW is going to be way to heavy especially once you hit 3rd and 4th gear.

if they actually come back and post the results within a few days then I don't mind these kinds of threads. It's when they don't even race nor post results that annoys the crap out of me.
