To be honest I went out looking for trouble tonight but there was none to be found. On the way home I decide to cruize the popular strip of road here in town just to see who and what was out. Typical riced out BS and a bunch of mustangs...Going with the flow of traffic I see a SVT on my left and I really really wanted to punish him since he had his woman sitting beside him but he didn't even mak eye contact...But I did with his girl tho

Then about 3 cars up I see a black Camaro SS with license tag marked WDWMAKR...I though...Hmmm, That **** must be fast to be able to bare a tag like that...But I was on the way home and though I wouldn't get the chance...He turns off on the same street I do and the road is WIDE open for 1 mile until the next light...He's waiting for me! wheeeeeeeeeee!

I pull up beside him in 2nd gear at about 3500rpm and blips the throttle...So I go...immediately his front bumper is at my door...I thought that was strange since I expected him to pull out ahead with all that domestic torque. Anyway, we both shift to 3rd and I see the front of his car lift up and making some killer noise...For a second I though, ok...I met my match and he's gonna start pulling on me...But as soon as I hit 16psi I started pulling on him steadily...When we both let off he was about 3 car lengths back...

He was pretty cool and asked...Have you dynoed? and I told him 412...Then he said...Have you done anything to it? I said, yeah, everything. He said he raced a couple FDs before but they were all stock. then he say...NICE! So one more domestic down the toilet...Seemed like a cool dude tho. I really need a passenger with a cam...

I am guessing he was somewhere in the 500rwhp range because I raced a 04 Cobra with 475rwhp and pulled on him about 5 or 6 cars...But then that cobra had a passenger and a chick in the back...

there are guys around here that will give you a better race. one has a 12 second camaro that like sto talk ****. and a 500 hp or something vette.

Looks like you have some fast cars in AR. However, I would expect more. I live in Alabama and I would believe that income level would be about the same and people's perception of cars, racing, and so forth would be roughly the same. I do understand that is locals around you. I bet Little Rock is probably got some competitive cars.
Anyway, there is some high hp domestic and Supras here. I heard that Miami and Houston is the place for some fast cars. I would like to go visit and see some of the high hp cars, hopefully it is good driver handling those toys. Sad to see a powerful car, running bad times.

 

well those are just the ones that post. there are others and im sure not everyone wants people to know how fast they are. like old muscle, etc. and there are fast cars here. ive seen a ferrari 360 and a f355 last semester, so they are here. and there was a camaro that tried to race my friends CYM. go out on a week night and you will find some. especially here and fortsmith.

EDIT: i think awd bus sold his car. not sure though.

 

Nice job Dave, I just got your voicemail a few hours ago. Damn battery on my phone died. I wish i could have come out to play but i had to take care of my woman. I am still down for an AR trip, just gotta set a date. And it would be nice if we could get the others (FDs) to come along. I am deffinately gonna be out next weekend so we need to hook up and go cause some more trouble. I'm gonna try to get out a little earlier, maybe 10:00 or so. Every one seems to rush home around midnight to 1am.
