LS2 GTO Vs FD ----- Part 2
W00t.. Got a little boost in my pride today otw home from Work... I ran a black LS2 GTO and reeled him in! 
We were at a light turning left onto a 2 lane road. He was on the outside lane. me on the inside. When the light turned green he got on it a little and came around the turn before me, i was very easy on the throttle because my tires were still cold (30F'ish outside) and i didnt wanna lose it around the corner. So when i got around the corner he already got about 3 cars on me, i nailed it from second, and by the top of 3rd i was reeling him in. We back off then got on it again, from a 40 MPH roll, he got the jump on me but i started reeling him in again before he backed off. If i would of kept on it he woulda been passed easily. Anyhow, Pride boost for me after my lose a couple weeks ago... BTW, basedon this race , there was NO WAY the last GTO i raced was stock.
The guy was cool too, gave me a thumbs up as we parted ways.
also. This go around, my engine temp was about 81F and Intake temps were 21, so throttle response was great.

Was the plate # SRT KLR or something like that? With a fat guy driving?
If so it puts out high 300's RWHP. The dude is on www.dragva.com , a local forum.
