OP - You need a pro-jay intake/TB on that engine!!

At times, I miss the simplicity of the NA engine, and putting 87 octane in it too LOL

if they werent 1300 bucks than yeah id get one. I'm thinking of taking the block apart again and semi pp from defined auto works, getting everything balanced to 11,000rpm. spoke with logan a while back and said should put close to 300 whp with proper tune.

thats why i have a turbo block so if i decided to boost i just slap it on and tune it, have some of the turbo parts already just not sure if i want to go through the headache if the motor pops.

true but rotarys arent meant for quarter mile, and the runs any of us do are set late at night, we just slowed down a bit so traffic behind caught up with us. we only do a couple runs then call it a night,

you'll probably enjoy a semi pp all motor more than turbo. Rotaries probably should have never been turbo'd from the factory lol.

What are u shifting at?

Buy used, if anything, the JW manifold is cheaper, so mix and match. I would get the intake done first, before opening the engine and going semi.

Shop around

if i do semi pp, i would still keep the side plates which are fully bridged, so it would be a interesting mix. no one has ever done that. at least that i know of, right now i shift at 8-8 1/2k thats when I'm running some one, other than that 7 or 8k

I raced the same car just about with my half bridge first gen that dyno'ed 160whp. Started from third 50 roll and he shifted maybe 3 times before I went into 4th. Bouncing the limiter and everything and couldn't pull away from me. Lol
