OMG, I put some cam 2 in the tank and did a few pulls. The lag is almost gone with the higher octane and when the turbo spools up, holy **** !
I didnt just beat the Corvette, I pulled away from it like he put his car in reverse. No contest ... not even close

Dude thats great and all but the C6 isn't a slow car. I am POSITIVE you raced a bad driver or he simply backed off after he saw you were pulling on him. Hard to swallow after your brand new 400hp, 44,000 dollar vehicle might lose to a old RX-7(his view of course, I love the FD). If you in fact have a good tune/fuel system/other essentials and in combination with that turbo your power to wieght ratio is VERY VERY good, enough to beat that car BUT not murder it. Hell, You might do alright against the Z06 version but then again ,that thing can take and walk a 430.
C6 Vette
3400 lbs
340 rwhp
4.2 sec to 60 mph
12.7 quarter mile
(And that's the manual, not the 4 or 6 speed automatic, or the 13.0 manual vert)
Even though that is blazing fast by stock FD standards, it is ENTIRELY possible to MURDER
a stock C6 vette with a good driver. Don't forget that FDs only need 340 rwhp to hit 11.9,
and anything over a couple tenths can look like a buslength on the street.

Your weight is wayyy off. Mustangs and Camaros weigh 3400+ not corvettes.
Z06's weigh in just above 3100lbs and a C5Z IS faster than a C6 stock for stock.

camaros trans ams are like 3400lbs-3500lbs
corvette C6 is like 3200-3250lbs
C6 Z06 is 3130lbs
C5 is about the same as C6
C5 Z06 is alittle bit lighter than C6 Z06 at around 3120lbs
C5 Z06 is capable of high 11s stock. 11.9's. most run 12.2's or so driven pretty well.
C6 is 12.4 best i heard/seen so far. 12.5-12.6 in average/decent hands
