Its ok - typical opinion. But that is all it is.

I know it is hard for some to understand. 86 the rotary, gain nothing but reliablity! Some people are just sick and tired of dealing with non-stop headaches. And not to forget - endless money pit! $2000 per motor/rebuild is a lot.

I love to see a professionally built rotary motor with 2k miles on it up for sale due to low compression. Or a blown coolant seal!

Anyway, I know Joe had his car out there. Who were the other two? Was it John, and did Mike borrow someone's rx7?

WOW!! This place is some kind religion. And It seems, in alot of your eyes that rotary is god! Funny!!!
I'm Joey, the owner of the camara car. The car is a 95. Of course you already know its a LS2-402. It has a new heart and soul and yes it's pissed off!! Some mods I've done to the car. Megan Racing coilovers, SSR GT7H rims, Nitto nt01 tires, STOPTECH big brake kit, Raceshop complete roll bar-cage and Pettit racing alignment specs. I did buy the bushing kit from the group buy, but still need to install. Other plans for the car are, 99 spec front bumper and rear wing. Then she is off to paint. Here are some still pix of the 3 cars. Enjoy!!

I'm not an LSx conversion fan, but those are some nice pictures. Always nice to see any car being put through the paces on a track.

Nice vids! My souless, spiritless, bastard MX7(wtf?)will be on the track in less than 10 days, I can hardly wait! I get along just fine with the respectable rotary owners that frequent road america

Talking downloadable videos?

Rotary or not, the FDs out there were quick and not to be messed with. Nice cars BTW, I like to watch the silver ones from the back FDs are so pretty. V8 rumble from those suckers sounds pretty mean. My muscle car friends will get a kick out of these vids.

Do you have any videos for download? I'd like to keep them on my computer for future watching/training (someday I will take an FD to the track).

Keep racing!

Nice vids Does that silver FD need a catch can? Or is he just running extra oil so he won't expose the pick-up tube?

A lot of times, people who hate on rotaries do it because they are retards and don't know how to work on the rotary engine. Any moron can fix/rebuild/build for HP a V8. It takes skills to know how to tune/build a rotary.
ON THE SAME TOKEN
A lot of people who **** and moan about V8 swaps are just pissed because they get their asses kicked.

And it's not everyone who ever mentions it. Just some people.
That's just a third party observation. I have no preference either way. Rotaries are cool, noisy torquey V8s are cool too.
I think my friend Karl put it best. "When I first saw the TII and fell in love with the car, I didn't say to myself 'man, I bet there is a sexy engine under the hood.' I said 'wow, that car looks ****.' So it doesn't really matter what engine it has, I guess."

Thanks. $265 seems a bit steep for a weekday track event though. NASA might be crowded, but it's cheap!
