FD vs E46 M3

me in FD
500R single at 15 psi, 1.0 AR, medium street port, 3" RB dual tip with a decent sized exhaust leak (soon to be fixed)

i'm just cruising, M3 catches up to me, before i even no it, he honked 3 times, in the middle of the 2nd honk, i dropped it in 2nd, we're both going about 70kmph,
he went first as i wasn't even ready, i then followed, he gets about 1 car length on me, then i come flying up to him, now im same pace as him, i shift into 3rd, and byebye lol
by the end of 3rd, he was wayyyyy behind, i slowed down, he gives thumbs up, i give thumbs up and then i U-turned and went to mcdonalds
only visible mod on his car was a exhaust

The E46's aren't terribly fast, a stock bolt-on FD will walk on it easy. Any kind of mods to those cars besides a supercharger/turbo don't really do much.

Lol so how much power does your 2300lb, 700+hp car hunting, bake racing FD make?

Your beat down wasn't TOO back considering the power he makes.

yeah it was expected, that is one of the sickest cars I have ever seen in my life!!! The brake rotor were bigger than my rims...

I don't know, never had it dynoed, been tuned on the street over the last 5 years, car runs awesome

As far as tuning, I run 10 deg advance at 4000rpm/25000pim and ramp up to 21 deg advance at 25000pim/9000rpm (15degsplit)on pumpgas,10.7-10.8afr. large street port.

I say 450-500 ish. I trapped 98mph in the 1/8m with a street tires, 1st n 2nd gear are useless with street tires...When I raced the bmw i was spinning 2nd, he hooked, his tires are 13inches wide

That's BM guys for you, they only want to race cars that have less bhp. They are bad losers, that's why I love to race them :-) (on track of course)
