Okay, So I was on my way Home from San Francisco on 280 south.. cruising 60-65 on the slow Lane and i keep checking my rear view mirror every other sec.. i'm paranoid with cops like that lol.. and i see this blue light coming up.. and he was checking me out from the back.. (no its not what you're thinking) trying to figure out what car was it i guess.. and i couldn't make up what he was dricing till he got close enough to see them headlights and yeah it was a 350z.. pulls up... and down shift and gas/brake dip. lol.. so i look to the side and jst down to 3rd. and we go.. he punched 1st. so he had that momentum on me but i was next to him the whole time till end of 4th then i took off.. and he wanted sum more so we go thru this one tunnel and he punches again i jst watch.. so i'm taking my time i get next to him again. and got him to slow down to 40 on the freeway droppd 3rd.. im at high 3000rpm or so.. 2nd turbo still not on yet.. we punch.... its like he was tied down.. I took off like NOthing... pretty good. so he follows me to Star bucks and we talk for a min.. and guess what.. yah i was on this one bridge while back and this other black FD. SMOKED me BAD... lol.. I couldn't help it... cool guy.. not a dick or anything..... he's all nice car man.... i asked him what he had.. he said not much.. thats all.. ohh and my scondary is only boosting 8psi.... it holds at 8 for some reason i dunno..... still pulling hard but. yeah.. Im guessing it could be my cat thats bad... when i wen to get my smog dude said my cat was bad. so it could be clogged and holding those other 2 psi ..

 

ya those cars are slow, way to stick it to him! ya 2 more psi would have been nice but its a z you didnt even need them. good kill!

 

why are you only downshifting to 3rd at 40mph?? you should be in 2nd and you would have pulled him much like the other FD he encountered... NE ways... good kill.

 

nxt time...... and I drove my boss's 06 350z and for a car that has 300 HP is pretty slow, i mean my FD has more of a kick.....

 

dont waste gas on 3-shitty Z's unless they are forced fed.

 

and even if they are force fed, for the amount of money they have in that setup, its pretty slow too.
