there's alot more to it than "power-to-weight"...isn't this basic physics? yet I keep hearing the same stuff over and over

as you approach triple digits, horsepower and aerodynamics dominate the equation, the difference in weight is much less of a factor

I'm bringing my FD by your house tomorrow to hang out, maybe it's time for a rematch at 18 psi ?

I have yet to take her to the track because something always ***** up once i feels shes ready. 385 @ 16psi on 100 octane before a manifold stud broke and causing my new exhaust leak. now i dont see more than 12 psi... or at least try to boost more than 12.
power mods are:
street port
2mm atkins race seals
non seq. twins
fmic,
twin intakes
pfc tuned by BDC
3.6" turbo back exhaust (fujisubu)
ported ext. manifold/wastegate
ported uim/lim
clutch/LWFW
1600cc 2nds
walboro pump
aeromotive FPR
jacobs ignition
pulleys
good amount of wieght reduction
theres more im sure im forgetting

true, i ussually dont need to approach 100 or when i do im far ahead. power to weight ussually helps ALOT more under 100 mph. but with a difference of 1000 lbs, that is huge. throw an extra 1000 lbs into my car and its probably going to run 13's, and would be much much slower above 100.
