FD Murders G35 & Modded G35

Driving home from work acouple days ago I notice a pretty loud G35 in front of me. Clear corners rims the works. Anyways I follow him on the parkway and end up at a stoplight next to him. I ask him for a run and he's cool with it. We go from a 2nd gear roll, I pull instantly by the end of third according to him im 5-6 cars ahead of him. We go again, same results. I pull next to him at another light and ask him what he has he says he has no cats and some engine work. Next on the way back I bump into a brand new WRX that has a front JDM lip nice, rims, dropped, HKS exhuast, etc etc. As soon as I pull next to the guy in second around 4,000rpms he hears me and floors it (he gets small head start). I only start to pull about 2-3 cars on him. We go again from a second gear roll and now I pull pretty hard leaving him about 3 solid cars. Just yesterday I see the guys car parked and see a ridiculous amount of goods on and in the car. I talk to a friend approaching the car explain who I am, he tells me the WRX is somewhat tuned and he raised boost and blah blah..wow. Anyways these are my kills ; )

Yeah those G35s and 350z even with bolt ons are no competition for moded FDs. I had a G35 on the expressway taunt me. Gave him the hit, I threw it in 3rd and it was not pretty after that. lol

nice kills.. not to take anything away from your WRX kill, but those WRXs are slow unless they have a big turbo. i ran a cobb stage 2.5 WRX (bigger turbo - vf34) and still pulled on him 2 cars or so~ at the time, i had dp,mp,cb untuned pfc.

I hope you were just being sarcastic because the G35 is NOTHING like an R34. Completely different engine (i.e. G35- VQ35, R34- RB26DETT), chassis, EVERYTHING. Granted, the G35 is the new Skyline in Japan, but its a far cry from the R34. Its just a 350Z with more attractive styling, the option of 4 doors, and in Japan the optional 8 Speed tiptronic transmission.

Oh, and good kills.

My wife has a G35x(AWD). They're nice daily drivers with a nice amount of low-end torque, but not much up top.

Nice kills cousin. I played with that same WRX coming back from class yesterday because he was taunting me, but I wish I didn’t waist my gas on it.

nice, reason me asking is because im gonna be running a 6spd g35 w/intake, exhaust and chip and i was wondering how well i will do..i mean i practically have all the bolt ons plus non seq set at 8psi (til i get a PFC) so im sure i can take it..

should i put my stock rims back on? because my 18s are pretty heavy LOL

an average to weak driver of an rx-8 runs low 15's...a decent driver will run from 14.5 and up which is on par with the g35.....im not taking any offense cuz i know what my car can and can not do....but if you have even a mildly modded 7 which im sure you do you should tear it to shreds unless he is force induced

nah he def is n/a, i checked the engine bay myself..i have alot of respect for those cars cause its soo high tech and looks awesome so even though i beat him, i know he still has a cooler car than me IMHO..but he has to give me respect cause my car is over 10 years older haha
