You obvioulsy don't know what it takes to run 9's. How many RX7's do you see out running 9's?

I'm extremely happy that I can drive my RX7 30 minutes to the track, run a 10.74 and drive it back home.

Alot more boost, bridge port, hks transmission and the fact that they don't run the 1320. I think they run the 1100 or something like that in japan.

I never saw any timeslip or whatnot.

judging by your avatar, if you toned down a bit, maybe youd be able to hit 9s. heck getting rid of the 2x4 might help.

A 460 whp RX-7 should run the same time as you did with a good driver. I would think a T51 at whatever PSI you are running would make a lot more power than that. On the website it says 475 at 15 PSI is capable!

Really? Have you ran a 10 second pass before? My car would have ran faster if I hadn't lifted.

Again, if you were familiar with drag racing. You'd know that 105mph in the 1/8th is a low 10 second pass.

Eric, there are a LOT of people on this forum that just bench/mag/keyboard race.....they dont realize how hard it is to make a clean pass. Many of them have never even been to a dragstrip, let alone have taken their FD down the quarter. Many with bolt-ons would be surprised to find how hard it is to get a clean launch, a decent 60 foot, and to just break into the 12s, let alone 10s. I've been around Ari and Steve long enough to know that a 10.74, with room still to improve, kicks some serious ***

What would your car run/trap if you got a perfect, clean run in? I was thinking something like a 10.2@~135?
