Elclipse Gs-T Vs. 90 Gxl
Hey,
First off,I know these things can be fast. I got beat by a Gst once badly but he was very heavily modded. Ok, last night I was at the Local movie theaters(i know it's pathetic..but around cincinnati that where everyone takes there cars) Anyways I was leaving with my girlfriend after seeing wedding crashers (awesome!!!) I pull out and see a eclipse Gst behind me. I knew it was an GSt because i saw it parked down from me and took note. I leave and do a u turn to get back to the highway...he honks and does a U-turn also. By then i know he really wants me. My GF hates for me to race so i was reluctant. He pulls beside me at the light(it was perfect) revving the **** out of his car. I try to tell him I have a blown 2nd gear synchro. But he doesn't get it. So light turns green i launch perfectly, had him from the start. He sticks 5-6ft. away from my rear bumper the whole time (even with me grinding into 2nd.) My mods are in my sig. He had an exhust and i could barley here his BOV over it. So he probaly hadn't messed with the boost very much. Great race, even with my GF slapping my arm the whole way

Nice kill, my ex GF used to get on to me when I did things like that. except it was more of a "OH MY GOD" while it was happening then "nice race" that was fun later on!BTW I saw a blue '90 GXL totaled in the Junk Yard today that had the convertable BBS wheels on it. Is that stock?

No there are just taken off the verts and slapped on. I have 15 inch bbs vert wheels on my 7 too. And I'm looking for the center caps. Hard to find buggers. If you want to make a little money and see if all 4 center caps are still on the wheels, that would be great. I could pay you for purchase and shipping and for your time. Just a thought. I would but it looked like it slammed into a pole and flipped it. I only saw 3 center caps and 2 were busted and scratched like crazy. it looked like in the wreck they just popped off, thats why I didn't get them myself plus the two rims in the front look like an egg 
. It was totaled badly. The only thing I could salvage was the guage cluster, full leather seats and the door panels, leather steering wheel, leather shifter and leather E-Brake. with the wiring for the power windows. other than that it was a mangled wreck. Sorry. I saw some on E-Bay though for $26.00 if that helps any. Sorry about that.
